The WARD provides specialized services in health-related nutritional therapy, anti-aging treatments, advanced beauty treatments, and specialized treatments for athletes in Iceland and abroad.
The WARD will also run a health and detox center in Iceland, where the clean air, water and nature are ideal. The center will be intended for both Icelandic and foreign patients who have had long and/or serious illnesses.
Our main purpose is to help people achieve and maintain health and to reverse premature aging.
EVA-LÍSA WARD
Eva Lísa Ward, owner and founder of The Ward Group, has extensive knowledge and education in nutritional therapy, sports treatments, and aesthetic procedures (Level 7 – Master Aesthetic Practitioner (MAP7), MSc / PGDip Aesthetic Medicine UDIMA, Nutritional Therapist, Medical Student). She has been utilizing her expertise to help her clients for 20 years.
In the UK, Eva Lísa has earned a strong reputation among professionals. She works closely with doctors, chiropractors, and sports trainers who refer their clients to her as a complement to their own treatments. Eva Lísa is known for achieving exceptional results, largely due to her extensive knowledge of nutrition and its effects on the human body, as well as her expertise in reversing premature aging and managing complex illnesses.
Eva Lísa is a pioneer in the UK in the use of intravenous vitamin infusions, both in developing the formulations themselves and in their application for various ailments and diseases. She also utilizes this expertise to help people maintain and achieve a more youthful and radiant appearance.
Additionally, Eva Lísa has trained healthcare professionals in specialized aesthetic treatments and is known for her keen eye and exceptional technique when it comes to filler and Botox treatments.
The Ward first opened in 2010 in England and now operates in three countries, but in addition to Iceland and England, The Ward has just started working in Cyprus.
KRISTÍN AGNARSDÓTTIR
Kristín Agnarsdóttir has over 25 years of experience as a nurse at the National University Hospital of Iceland, where she worked in the emergency department and psychiatric ward, among other areas. She has extensive experience in clinical care, public health, and obesity management.
Kristín has also worked in the distribution, sales, and promotion of dermal fillers to doctors. Her approach is primarily focused on patient well-being and comfort, whether she is in a managerial role, clinical care, or aesthetic treatments.
JENS K GUÐMUNDSSON
Jens is an ear, nose, and throat specialist with extensive medical experience. His background includes surgery, trauma, and emergency medicine, but his deep passion for health has led him toward holistic lifestyle medicine.
As a result, his interest in aesthetic treatments also grew. He has studied in the UK and at The Ward. Jens' work in the Nordic countries made him realize the significant impact lifestyle factors have on health and quality of life, and how important it is to address the root causes of chronic diseases.
Jens and The Ward have now joined forces in nutritional therapy (UK) and aesthetic treatments.
DARREN DEANE
Darren Deane has a good reputation as a prep coach in the UK and has attracted a lot of attention for bringing athletes to the top of the professional ranks in a short period of time. He works with many of the world's most famous athletes.
Over the years, he has worked a lot with Athletic people to prepare for international tournaments, and he is fine with nutrition. In recent times, he has mostly worked with the main fighters in the world in MMA.
Darren's success is largely due to his knowledge of nutrition and its importance to the human body. He knows firsthand what problems can arise with elite athletes and has worked with The Ward for years to solve them with great results.

GUÐMUNDUR BIRKIR PÁLMASON (Gummi Kíró)
The Ward emphasizes collaboration with professionals from various disciplines who share the same philosophy of holistic treatment for their clients. Guðmundur Birkir Pálmason graduated as a chiropractor in 2010 and has extensive experience working both abroad and in Iceland. Guðmundur is the owner of the Reykjavík Chiropractic Center and also the Sthlm Chiropractic in Stockholm, and regularly goes there to both teach and work in his profession. Guðmundur worked for more than a decade as a personal trainer and combines exercises and stretching a lot in his treatment as a chiropractor. He also cooperates well with professionals in the health system and tries to combine the energies of those who are relevant at any given time.
